Complaints that relate to equity, diversity and gender issues or harassment can be discussed with the Director of the Offie of Equity, Diversity and Gender Issues, Faculty of Medicine Dr. Catherine Tsilfidis at ctsilfid@uottawa.ca. Questions about complaints will be handled confidentially and informal information exchange may or may not lead to more formal action as per the U of O Conflict Resolution Policy. The decision to pursue a complaint remains up to the complainant.
