Special Students
Students not registered within a graduate program at the University of Ottawa may take courses as a special student only with the permission of the course instructor. Please note that the department, requires that special students must meet the minimum requirements for graduate studies within the university- i.e. students hold an honours bachelor's degree with a specialization or major or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum average of 70 per cent (B). Once students have confirmed that they meet such standards they can contact the professor listed to ask for approval.
