Your email request must include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your complete mailing address
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The name of the University you are from
  • The year of student you will be in during the requested time of elective
  • The specialty/ies that you are interested in
  • The precise dates that you are requesting
  • A letter stating that you are registered at the Faculty of Medicine, U of Ottawa.  You may ask Julie Clavelle (elective@uottawa.ca) or Christiane Raymond (medyear4@uottawa.ca) for this letter.  We will be able to email it to you as an attachmen
