Environmental Health and Safety Office
Charles Mulcahy, Risk, Health & Safety Manager is responsible for providing assistance in the development and implementation of related policies, procedures, and programs. He helps identify and assess risks and recommend remedial measures. He oversees hazardous materials management, programs dealing with employee awareness and training, reporting, contingency planning and emergency response.
