The Council of Ontario Faculties of Medicine (COFM) recently approved a policy on the essential skills and abilities required for the study of medicine for students registered in or applying to the MD program in any of the six Ontario medical schools. This new policy applies to the admission of students with disabilities. You are strongly invited to consult the following document for a complete review of the policy.
